terms of SERVICE FOR commissions
01 GENERAL TERMS
Prices are subject to change.
I, the artist, reserve the right to both terminate and/or deny any commission for any reason.
02 PAYMENT
Payment is done through PayPal, pricing uses USD$ as the currency.
Commissions are to be paid in-full or 50% deposit upfront and 50% anytime after sketch approval and is required after final approval.
Do not send any form of payment before your commission form is reviewed and has been accepted and an estimate and invoice has been sent to your PayPal or the PayPal e-mail you provided.
03 Process & delivery
Turnaround for a commission averages between 4-7 business days from commencement. However turnarounds may vary depending on how large your order is and the amount of pending orders.
Once your commission is completed you will receive all the required submission sizes as .PNG files, available to download from Dropbox. A link will be sent to you via email. There is NO physical product.
04 REVISIONS
You have free revisions on the commissioned piece included in the price.
For any new drawing/design of an emote an additional fee will be required.
Altering or making changes to a commission piece after completion an additional fee will be required. The amount of the extra charge is based on an hourly wage.
05 COPYRIGHTS, RIGHT OF OWNERSHIP & USAGE
I, the artist, retain all copyrights over the commissioned work.
I reserve the right to post commissioned client work to showcase work in online portfolios, social medias, or in advertising of services.
You may use the commission as its intended use on Twitch, Discord and/or Kick. As well as uploading the commissioned work to personal social medias with proper attribution.
You may NOT falsely represent that you or any other entity are the original creator of the commissioned graphics.
Graphics are for personal online use ONLY and cannot be used for any commercial or profitable use.
If you are seeking commercial work (for merchandise/licensing/etc) please use the contact page for inquiries.
You may NOT alter the commissioned work without consent of the copyright owner.
You may NOT infringe on the copyrights. Copyright infringement is a federal crime, and is when a person or entity breaks the rules of copyright by using another person’s work without their permission. This is true whether the person did so knowingly or by mistake.
06 cancellations & refunds
If you cancel your commission order before the order has been started you are eligible for a full refund.
If a cancellation is made after accepting and receiving a commission sketch, the client is ineligible for a refund.
If for any reason your order was terminated before the first design you will be given a full refund of the amount received.
If you are eligible and requesting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. the artist will refund your payment back to you.
